Terms of service

1. Initial interview/analysis is free. A complete analysis may require billable hours.
   
2. All services are provided at an hourly rate to be negotiated.
   
3. Cost & time estimates are based on the facts provided by the customer.
   
4. Unless specifically negotiated, costs do not include the purchase of any necessary hardware and software for the customer.
   
5. Costs of additional computer programming or analysis time required due to unforeseen circumstances of the customer is billable to the customer.
   
6. Projects involving more than 8 hours of work will require progress payments due when a stage is completed – to be negotiated with each customer.
   
7. Support and bug fixing during a negotiated period after delivery is free.
   
8. Support after this period is billable to the customer at the normal rate with 20% discount.
   
9. CCS reserves the right to change payment conditions and rates based on individual customer circumstances. The customer will be notified of any changes to the current terms of service prior to services being rendered.
